Terms of Service

Last Updated: 7/24/2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and GRAND GALAS ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. B2B Wholesale Services

GRAND GALAS operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) IT wholesaler. By registering for an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing goods for commercial use, resale, or enterprise deployment, and not for personal, family, or household use.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. While we strive to provide accurate pricing information, typographical or system errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. Inventory availability is subject to market conditions and prior sale.

4. Shipping and Logistics

We specialize in global supply chain logistics across Africa, the GCC, and CIS countries. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by region, volume, and carrier. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin) unless explicitly stated otherwise in your specific enterprise agreement.

5. Warranties and Returns

As a distributor, GRAND GALAS passes through any original manufacturer warranties to you. We do not provide independent warranties unless explicitly stated in a separate SLA. Returns are only accepted for Dead on Arrival (DOA) units or critical mis-shipments, subject to our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the jurisdiction of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
